Focus on housing, permits, TTC reliability, safety, state of good repair, flood and heat protection, skills and public scorecards.
Scale what works
Expand successful housing, renter, modern-construction, mobility, resilience, student and apprenticeship systems only where outcomes justify scale.
Build complete growth capacity
If authorized, deepen regional coordination and open new communities with transit, schools, parks, jobs, utilities, emergency capacity and climate resilience in place.
Connect the region
Mature cross-city transit, utilities, green infrastructure and Toronto’s interfaces with national rail and regional movement.
Renew without erasure
Replace and adapt first-generation systems, protect neighbourhood continuity and natural systems, and preserve the ability of future generations to change course.
2076 outcome: a mature, resilient and human-governed Toronto that can build, connect, protect and learn without consuming the choices of the next generation.
The public direction is clear. Detailed design, costing, safeguards, partner commitments and implementation milestones will be released in stages as they are verified. Before residents are asked to approve or fund a major commitment, the campaign will publish the authority, cost, protections, partners and measurable next steps.

Act now where Toronto has authority. Build partnerships where Toronto does not.
A credible platform separates immediate municipal action from proposals that require other governments, engineering, legal authority and public consent.
Deliver in the first term
